We specialize in acute and complex trauma, attachment issues/developmental trauma, life transition, transition to adulthood, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, reactivity or withdrawal in relationships, nervous system dysregulation, and parenting.
We believe that no human should suffer alone. We approach the therapeutic space as a deeply connected, respectful, and heart-centered space for the accompanied exploration of the human experience. We believe in creating relational awareness and fostering the growth of new patterns of relational connection both within the Self and with family, friends, and community.
We value the body as a powerful and generous source of wisdom, grounding, healing, and connection, and with your consent will incorporate body awareness techniques and sensorimotor processing and resourcing into a wide range of other therapeutic modalities to help you achieve your deepest and most authentic level of healing and connection to Self.
