SHE/HER
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has worked in outpatient mental health in Minneapolis for the past 10 years. I have extensive training in trauma and somatic therapies, a special interest in neuroscience and nervous system regulation, and a strong belief in the innate healing potential we all have as humans when offered safety and consistent, thoughtful care.
I have always worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and am focused on providing a safe, healthy, and grounding healing space to all people. I wanted to create a gently glowing, beautiful space where people can come to feel accompanied and cared for, to heal, alleviate stress, unwind old patterns and weave new ones. I believe in creating community and connection as an essential component of healing. I have pretty much seen and/or done it all, and nothing you say will surprise me.
Outside of work, I can usually be found sauteeing something in my kitchen, chasing my 3 sons around somewhere outside, walking in the woods, sharing dinner with girlfriends, or writing or reading or studying something in my bed. I am passionate about social work, mental health, women’s issues, family, and food. I love music, the woods, vitamins, and grocery shopping.
